Our story
Good research deserves clear writing
Pearl Editing is an academic editing company based in London. We work with researchers, students and authors across the world, from undergraduates writing a first dissertation to established academics preparing a journal article.
Most of our clients write in English for an academic audience, and many of them work in English as an additional language. We found that good ideas were often held back by small, fixable problems: unclear sentences, mixed-up tenses, and references that did not match the list. We set out to fix those problems carefully, and to explain each change.

Four steps from your draft to your finished file

You tell us your field, deadline, English variant and style guide. We ask questions if anything is unclear.
